Rick Ross is refusing to respond to rap rival 50 Cent's recent jab suggesting he and Sean 'Diddy' Combs are gay lovers, insisting he's too busy "winning" to pay attention to the jibes.

The In Da Club hitmaker courted controversy on Sunday when he posted Instagram.com photos of hip-hop mogul Combs embracing Ross and former record executive Steve Stoute, alongside the caption, "I ain't saying nothing, but something ain't right (sic)."

The images were soon removed, but not before it was picked up by multiple gossip sites.

However, Ross claims he isn't bothered by the gay jokes because he's riding high with the release of his new album, Mastermind, which was executive produced by Combs.

He says, "I feel like this culture is a stadium and if we was in the stadium, I point up at the scoreboard. We Winning. We winning. I ain't got time for that (to respond to gossip). We winning (sic)."

Mastermind was released in the U.S. on Tuesday and chart experts predict the album will debut at number one next week , with projected sales in excess of 145,000 units.

50 Cent has been feuding with both Ross and Combs for years, while Stoute recently upset him by calling the rapper a has-been in a recent VH1 documentary.
