Friends and family members of L'Wren Scott have started gathering at Los Angeles' fabled Hollywood Forever Cemetery for the tragic designer's funeral.

Mick Jagger's longtime lover's coffin was transferred to its final resting place on Sunday, amid reports suggesting Scott's sister wanted her to be buried at a family plot in Utah.

The dead designer's brother, Randall Bambrough, reportedly escorted his sister's remains to California for Tuesday's funeral.

Scott, 49, hanged herself with a scarf in her Chelsea, New York apartment on March 17.

Editors at the New York Daily News report that 60 people have been invited to the intimate funeral.
