Macaulay Culkin's band pelted with beers during U.K. gigs

Former child star Macaulay Culkin stormed off stage at two separate gigs in the U.K. last week after he was pelted with drinks.

The Home Alone actor performed with his food-themed tribute band The Pizza Underground in Nottingham, England on Sunday as part of their first British tour, but he ended the show after just three songs when he was drenched with beer.

It mirrored a similar incident in Manchester, England on Friday when rowdy audience members threw drinks at the actor-turned-singer, causing him to leave the stage before returning to finish his performance.

In a post on Twitter.com after Sunday's concert, The Pizza Underground bandmembers wrote, "Thank you so much Nottingham... Sorry that a couple (of) people ruined it for everyone."

The band is due back onstage in Birmingham, England on Monday night.
