Moore, Williams get 'License to Wed'
By JAM! Movies
Mandy Moore and Robin Williams will be united to star in "License to Wed", a romantic comedy set to shoot in Los Angeles in May, Variety reports. Moore will play a soon-to-be bride whose wedding plans go awry when Williams, as a pushy minister, demands the couple complete a two-week prenuptial course if they are to get married in his church. Things go from bad to worse when the groom fails the course and loses the girl. Also associated with the project is director Ken Kwapis and "The Office"'s John Krasinski, who is in negotiations to play Moore's love interest. Moore stars in the upcoming "American Dreamz", directed by "American Pie" and "About A Boy"'s Paul Weitz, while Williams has just finished shooting the Barry Levinson film, "Man of the Year". |
