Cheech & Chong star Cheech Marin is engaged to marry classical pianist Natasha Rubin.

The comedian, 62, proposed to his girlfriend of four-and-a-half years on 17 February after a romantic meal at the exclusive Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Los Angeles.

Marin and Rubin are planning to marry this summer in a ceremony at the actor's Malibu, California home, according to People.com.

His representative says, "The couple are thrilled and looking forward to sharing their special day with close friends and family."
