Myers, Diaz deny Twitter ban

Mike Myers and Cameron Diaz have brushed off rumours they have been banned from using social networking site Twitter.com by movie bosses.

This week saw a spate of reports suggesting Hollywood bosses are keen to clamp down on stars using the website, amid fears they will reveal important details about their upcoming film projects.

Myers and Diaz, who star in the upcoming Shrek sequel, were rumoured to be the first hit by a wave of contract clauses forbidding them from using Twitter.com.

But representatives for the actors insist the news is not true, with a spokesperson for Myers telling GossipCop.com the stories are "completely false."
