The crypt above Marilyn Monroe's final resting place has failed to sell for the second time - not a single bid was made for the burial spot.
Elsie Poncher put her husband's crypt up for sale on auction website eBay.com in August, quickly attracting bids over the $4 million mark.
But when Poncher finally accepted an offer from a Japanese buyer who pledged a staggering $4.6 million, the unknown bidder quickly dropped out.
She then put the site back on sale, demanding a deposit before accepting any further offers - but the auction closed on October 29 with no bids on the spot at Westwood Village Memorial Park cemetery in Los Angeles, where Farrah Fawcett was recently buried.
