The actress admits she and husband Matthew Broderick have to carefully plan all trips - because their tots are prone to killer diseases.
She explains, "They actually can't go everywhere right now because of the H1N1. They're too young to get the shots and they're too young to get the protocol. It's comedic getting them out of the house, it really is.
"There is so much organisation and advanced planning that happens, it's like a military operation."
Parker insists she and her husband had it easy when their son was born seven years ago - because he was such low maintenance.
The Sex & The City star tells WENN, "There is no sugarcoating it. It's wonderful. It's what we wanted. We didn't want twins but we wanted a bigger family and it's a blessing. It's a thrill, but it couldn't be more different.
"It's all the paraphernalia. It's shocking - just the diapers, the ointments, the bottles, the thing, the pacifiers, enough pacifiers, a baby blanket, a receiving blanket, a place to put a thing down, a plastic bag to carry so that you're not leaving a dirty diaper in someone's house or at a restaurant, a shot, Baby Tylenol.
"The list just goes on and on. You need it. It's not a joke. You're, like, carrying suitcases. It's hilarious. We are on a routine. We are on a schedule, otherwise you would be feeding and changing all the time. Seriously, you would be up 24 hours a day."
