Emma Watson has sunk her teeth into the Twilight movies - insisting the final Harry Potter films will not be "selling sex" like the vampire franchise.
The Harry Potter phenomenon has a fierce competitor in the bloodsucking movie series, which was also adapted from a book and has attracted a cult following.
And although Watson admits her kissing scene with co-star Rupert Grint boosts Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows' racy credentials, she is adamant it won't rely on romance like its neck biting rival.
She says, "This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it's been building up for eight films now. And Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know; we're not selling sex.
"So, whenever there is any hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited. In fact, it was horribly awkward; we couldn't stop laughing."
