Demi Moore has entered a treatment facility for exhaustion and health issues.
The actress was reportedly hospitalized on Monday night after paramedics were called to her Los Angeles home, and now she is seeking “further professional assistance,” according to TMZ.com.
It is not clear why the star, who recently split from husband Ashton Kutcher, was taken to hospital, but her representative states, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”
