Actor Dan Aykroyd helped to give Chevy Chase's daughter a wedding to remember by officiating the ceremony.
The Caddyshack star's eldest child, Cydney Chase, tied the knot with her fiance on Thursday and Aykroyd, an ordained minister, was invited to oversee the nuptials.
In a post on his Facebook.com page, he writes, "It was an honor, privilege and great responsibility to have officiated as the spiritual minister at Chevy Chase's daughter's wedding. The bride and groom are delightful and beautiful young people who will help define together a more positive and loving future for themselves, family, friends and the world."
Aykroyd also posted an image of the event on the social networking site, and in the snap, the actor is pictured holding a bible, making the bridal party laugh, while the father of the bride can be seen sitting in the front row.
