Director Danny Boyle appears to be dating actress Rosario Dawson.

In pictures obtained by Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, the Slumdog Millionaire filmmaker, who served as creative director of the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony, is seen walking hand in hand with Dawson as he kisses her on the lips in the seaside town of Brighton, England, on Friday.

Boyle, 55, met Dawson when he cast her in his latest film Trance.

The actress, who is 22 years his junior, already appears to be enjoying the perks of dating a Hollywood director as she was given a prime spot to view the Olympics opening ceremony last month.

Dawson took to her Twitter page on the night to post an image from the stadium in London's Stratford, adding the words, "What an amazing honor to witness the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics!!"

Dawson previously dated Sex and the City hunk Jason Lewis for two years before splitting in 2006.
