Lindsay Lohan has spoken out after she was allegedly assaulted in New York over the weekend, calling the incident "scary" and insisting she is still "in shock".
The Mean Girls star claims Christian LaBella, 25, assaulted her after the pair got into an altercation at the W Hotel in Manhattan's Union Square over alleged photos he had taken of her without permission.
LaBella was arrested, but charges of misdemeanour assault and harassment were later dropped.
Lohan, who sustained minor injuries during the reported bust-up, has now expressed her outrage after discovering authorities won't be prosecuting LaBella.
She tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "He isn't going to get away with this... I'm in shock and it was a really scary situation."
