Actress Amanda Bynes continues to shock fans - she has had her cheek pierced.
The Hairspray star, who made a name for herself as a Nickelodeon teen star, has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons in the past year thanks to a series of traffic blunders and erratic behaviour caught on camera.
Her infamous run-ins with the law resulted in Bynes losing her driving license and facing counts of driving under the influence.
And it seems her odd antics have continued into the New Year - Bynes has had a colourful gem bar pierced through her cheek.
She uploaded a snap of her bizarre new look on photo-sharing site Instagram on Monday.
