OTTAWA - Actor Randy Quaid will not be relocating to Canada.
A government official confirmed Saturday that Quaid's application for permanent residency here was denied. Quaid can still appeal to the federal court.
The actor, known for portraying odd-ball characters, seems to be starring in a similar role in this saga.
