The most recently announced version will be directed by Barry Levinson and star Johnny Depp as Bulger.
The other Bulger biopic being talked about is said to be a Ben Affleck-directed movie starring Matt Damon. And weren't there Daniel Day Lewis rumours about this role a few years ago?
