Former "X Files" star Gillian Anderson is pregnant with her second child, People.com reports.

The announcement comes just three months after the break up of her marriage to documentary filmmaker Julian Ozanne.

"She is happy to announce that she is expecting her second child, due at the end of the year, with businessman Mark Griffiths," her manager told the magazine.

Anderson already has an 11-year-old daughter, called Piper, from her marriage to Canadian art director Clyde Klotz.
