Anderson calls Tommy Lee 'unstable'
By JAM! TV
Former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee is an unfit parent and an "unstable" man, his ex-wife Pamela Anderson has told a judge.

Anderson, star of the syndicated TV series "VIP," has asked for sole custody of the couple's children, Brandon, 5, and Dylan, 3, wire service AFP reports.

Anderson asked a judge to: scrap the couple's joint-custody agreement; order Lee to take anger-management and parenting courses; and require that all future visits with the children be monitored.

She also asked that Lee undergo a psychological evaluation and be barred from using offensive language to describe Anderson and her current boyfriend, rapper/singer Kid Rock.

Anderson said her relationship with Kid Rock (real name Robert James Ritchie) has aggravated Lee's "belligerence towards co-parenting, a lack of understanding of what is appropriate for young children, and a lack of parent skills and good judgment."

Her romance with Kid Rock has sparked Lee's "anger, harassment, and a breakdown in co-parenting."

Anderson and Lee divorced in 1998 after a faltering three-year relationship that resulted in Lee being sentenced to six months in jail for assaulting Anderson in Malibu, AFP said.
