The man better-known to millions of TV fans as Charles Chachi Arcola got engaged this past July.
"Her name is Janette. She's from Sweden and she's an MBA student. The great thing is that when we met at a party, she had absolutely no clue who I was," says Baio who turned 41 in September.
"I'm certain if she knew I was the guy from Happy Days or Diagnosis Murder she would have thought I was a player and wouldn't have gone out with me."
It was only after several dates that Baio told his new squeeze he was an actor.
"She immediately concluded I was a waiter dreaming of getting an acting gig some day."
That's when Baio took her to his house and showed her his memorabilia.
Baio recently completed work on the comedy Baby Geniuses 2: Superbabies.
