EVERETT, Wash. (AP-CP) -- Scott Hamilton Bairstow, a TV and movie actor who grew up in Steinbach, has been charged with having sex with a 12-year-old in 1998.
A charge of second-degree rape of a child was filed Tuesday in Snohomish County superior court against Bairstow, 33, who lives in Los Angeles. Arraignment was scheduled June 3.
