Drew Barrymore is in love ... again.

The twice-divorced Drew insists she's finally found the right guy but she's not revealing his identity.

"Things are in the development stage so we need our privacy," says the 21-year-old actress.

"I know it's serious because he brought me home to meet his parents. They liked me so I'm really thrilled. In the past, I used to get this vibe from mothers that shouted: `I know you're going to corrupt my son.'

"But I'm a lot more subdued now so I get along better with moms."
