Barbarella for Drew
By LOUIS B. HOBSON
HOLLYWOOD -- Now that she's brought Charlie's Angels to the screen, Drew Barrymore is setting her sights on another vintage sex romp.

Barrymore is going to remake Jane Fonda's 1967 camp science fiction comedy Barbarella.

"I'm not going to play Jane Fonda's character. I might be her granddaughter," says Barrymore. "I don't have anything like a firm starting date yet because I'm waiting until John August is available to write the screenplay and he's still working with Steven Spielberg on Minority Report.''
