Drew Barrymore has joined George Clooney in the cast of "Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind," the biopic based on the life of "Gong Show" host Chuck Barris.
Variety said Clooney is starring in and directing the film from "Being John Malkovich" scribe Charlie Kaufman's screenplay. Sam Rockwell (best known as crewman Guy Fleegman in "Galaxy Quest") is also featured in the cast.
Barrymore's participation in "Mind" hinged on being able to schedule around "The Duplex," a romantic comedy she's starring in opposite Ben Stiller, the report said.
