British actor Steven Berkoff is facing a possible trial over a rape allegation, according to Reuters.
The report said Berkoff, who appeared in "Beverly Hills Cop" and the James Bond film "Octopussy," lost a bid to have the victim's claim dismissed as invalid; a judge ruled Wednesday that Berkoff should have to defend himself in civil court over the claim.
