Brando in talks to play himself
By
Legendary actor Marlon Brando is in negotiations to play a familiar role -- himself.

Variety reports the film, titled "Brando and Brando," would be his first since the 2001 heist flick "The Score." It centres on a young man who is enamoured with the concept of the American dream, as embodied by Brando.

He travels to the U.S. and instead of realizing the dream, he turns out to be disillusioned by the journey.

Brando has been working closely on the film, which is set to begin production later this summer.
