This comes amid reports, also on people.com, that a second woman has come forward who claims to have had an affair with James.

A former high-level executive at West Coast Chopper settled a sexual harassment suit against owner Jesse James in 2007, according to a story posted on TMZ.com.
The woman alleges that James made several sexual advances, which allegedly included sexual acts. The woman kept several emails and claims to have kept a dirty T-shirt from one encounter.
