Fans will soon have a chance to control Jim Carrey.
Video game maker Activision has confirmed that the star has reprised his role as Count Olaf in its tie-in to the upcoming film "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events," The Hollywood Reporter says.
"Jim Carrey spent an entire day in the studio recording voice-over for the Count Olaf, Stephano and Captain Sham characters in the game," Activision vice-president of global brand management Lisa Gaudio told The Hollywood Reporter.
The film on which the game is based, tells the story of three wealthy orphans who find out that one of their relatives is plotting to kill them and seize their fortune.
The video game will be available in all game platforms on Nov. 9.
"Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" hits theatres December 17th.
