Canadian actress Emmanuelle Chriqui has been voted the Most Desirable Woman of 2010 in AskMen.com's annual poll.

The Entourage actress was the winner of a poll asking men to name the woman they would most like to have as a girlfriend or wife.

"Hearing what the vote is made of is the biggest compliment of all because it's about being a well-rounded woman. That's really empowering and is a massive compliment to me," Chriqui said, according to an article posted on AskMen.com.

Readers were asked to name women who have the traits they most look for in a girlfriend or wife, including sense of humour, intelligence, character and, of course, sex appeal.

More than six million votes were cast in this year's poll.

Marisa Miller, Kate Beckinsale, Alessandra Ambrosio and Jessica Alba round out the top five.

Previous winners include Eva Mendes, Katherine Heigl, Beyonce Knowles, Adriana Lima and Alba.
