Canadian actor Hayden Christensen is set to play a simpleton in the upcoming film "The Other Side Of Simple."

Christensen joins cast members Vince Vaughn and Don Cheadle in the film, described as being similar to "The Usual Suspects," according to Variety.

The film follows two thieves (Vaughn and Cheadle) who return to their hometown and reunite with the dumb younger brother (Christensen) of one of the thieves, who was abandoned by the duo after being caught by police in a botched robbery 10 years earlier.

They attempt to use him for another criminal plan, but discover he is not as stupid as he appears.
