We have some idea what new beaux Cameron Diaz and Jared Leto were talking about when they were seen in deep dinner recently at the Mercer Street Grill.

He's here filming American Psycho, and she was coming up to see him from Miami, where she's shooting Oliver Stone's On Any Given Sunday.

And she's now reportedly on the verge of signing to join producer/star Drew Barrymore as two-thirds of the new Charlie's Angels. Executive producer Drew is being asked to shell out $12 mil for Diaz, who entered the upper echelons of female stars after There's Something About Mary.

Variety reports the short list for the third Angel includes Angelina Jolie, Liv Tyler, Jada Pinkett and Lauryn Hill.
