Vin Diesel has signed on to star in the drama "Find Me Guilty," Variety reports.
The film, helmed by legendary director by Sidney Lumet ("12 Angry Men," "Dog Day Afternoon"), is based on a true story about a mobster who refuses to be an informer and instead defends himself in court.
The movie is scheduled to go into production in October.
Diesel just completed work on the upcoming action film "The Pacifier."
