"The Princess Bride's" Cary Elwes is the latest recruit to the paranormal police.
The Hollywood Reporter says Elwes has joined the cast of Fox TV's "The X-Files," taking on the role of FBI assistant director Brad Follmer. The character will have the added twist of being the ex-boyfriend of new cast-member Annabeth Gish's character.
