Mia Farrow is moving from movies to TV for CBS' comedy pilot "Julie Lydecker," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Farrow will star as mother to the title character, which will be played by Mary McCormack ("K-Pax," Steven Soderbergh's forthcoming "Full Frontal"), but the show is described as a mother-daughter drama, the report said.
