Tongue planted firmly in cheek, actor Colm Feore cannot understand why people -- including his own wife Donna -- would make more of a fuss about Brad Pitt than they do over him.
"He is just a little bit taller than me," the Boston-born Canadian star says with a mischievous grin. Feore and his wife had dinner with Pitt and Angelina Jolie after Feore co-starred with Jolie in Clint Eastwood's Changeling.
"I had a small goatee at the time and so did he," 50-year-old Feore tells Sun Media about Pitt, who is five years younger. "So I didn't see that there was that much difference between us. But (Donna) was not of the same opinion!"
Feore says, with genuine respect, that current Oscar nominees Pitt and Jolie are examples of how civilized celebrities should act, particularly when they are around someone of Eastwood's stature.
"They wear their movie stardom with an admirable ease, especially in the presence of Clint, in whose presence it would be difficult to be churlish or snotty or starry because you have to behave yourself. It (Eastwood's reputation) tempers things.
"If I was Brad Pitt, I would be watching Clint and saying: 'Aha! I know where to go; I know what longevity is; I know what a good career would be and what a real investment in talent would be!"
