It's only Lake Ontario, but you can't blame Joely Fisher for feeling a little out to sea. The 35-year-old actress is in Toronto shooting the U.S. cable series Zoe Busiek Wild Card, debuting tonight at 10 p.m. on Global.
Last week, Fisher was shooting scenes on a cruise ship docked at Harbourfront at the foot the city. Instead of sailors, the boat was packed with film technicians, equipment and extras. Inside, the cast and extras were dressed for an exotic island cruise. Outside, crew members huddled over coffees, trying to ward off a cold rainy November day in Toronto.
