Canadian director Paul Haggis ("Crash") may be pulling double duties on the political drama "Against All Enemies," Variety reports.
The Oscar winner is in final talks to produce and direct the film, which is an adaptation of the Richard Clarke novel of the same name.
The story centres on the Bush adminstration's response to Al Qaeda before and after the 9/11 attacks.
Haggis is also writing and directing the upcoming war drama "Death and Dishounour," and is also penning the latest James Bond film "Casino Royale."
