Marcia Gay Harden ("Mystic River") will team up with her seven-year-old daughter Eulala Grace Scheel in the indie film "Home," Variety reports.

Mary Haverstick ("Shades of Black") will direct the mother and daughter team in the movie, which centres on a mother who attempts to break the cycle of addiction in her family by taking her daughter on a summer road trip during the late 1960s.

The cast also includes Michael Gaston ("Stay") and Marian Seldes ("Mona Lisa Smile").

Harden will next star in "Canvas," with "Sopranos" actor Joe Pantoliano.
