"Brokeback Mountain" star Anne Hathaway will star in the comedy "Knocked Up," Variety reports.

Hathaway will team up with Paul Rudd ("40 Year Old Virgin") in the film about two people who have a one night stand, realize they aren't right for each other, and then a few months later learn they are going to have a baby.

Judd Apatow ("40 Year Old Virgin") will helm and write the romantic-comedy.

Hathaway will next be seen this summer in "The Devil Wears Prada," starring Meryl Streep.
