CANNES — Jennifer Hudson, 18 months after her mother, brother and nephew were brutally murdered, is rebuilding her life in dramatic fashion. The Oscar and Grammy winner will be playing Winnie Madikizela-Mandela in a film about the wife of South African freedom fighter Nelson Mandela.
