Actor Hugh Jackman ("X-Men") will suit up as a green FBI agent in the thriller "Fed X," Variety reports.

Jackman will also produce the film, which sees his character sent to Miami to retrieve a criminal for prosecution. During the return trip, the fed and the thug each learn there's more to the each other than meets the eye.

No director has been announced as yet.

Jackman is currently filming "X-Men 3" with Halle Berry. His other acting credits include "Van Helsing", "Swordfish" and "Kate and Leopold."
