Samuel L. Jackson ('Snakes on a Plane') is in negotiations to star in the film 'Lakeview Terrace.'

 According to HollywoodReporter.com, Jackson will play an LAPD officer who will do whatever is necessary to force out the black-and-white interracial couple living next door. Set to play Jackson’s female neighbour is Kerry Washington (“Ray”).  Auditions are still being held for the white male role.

 David Loughery (“Money Train”) wrote the screenplay; there is no word yet on who will direct.

Shooting is set to begin in May in Los Angeles.
