HOLLYWOOD -- Ang Lee, who co-chaired this year's Spirit awards with Nicole Kidman, is being very cagey about The Hulk, his updated version of the 1970s TV series, The Incredible Hulk, due in theatres next year.
Australian actor Eric Bana is playing Bruce Banner, the doctor with an anger-management problem, and Nick Nolte is playing his father.
Jennifer Connelly is playing Banner's love interest and Sam Elliott and Josh Lucas have recently been added to the cast.
"I have a great, great cast but the star of the film is going to be the big green guy.
"I can't tell you anything about (The Hulk). I have to obey the gag order as much as my actors."
Lee says his long-term goal is "to help produce films that can help young Chinese directors get the kind of incredible breaks I've had here in America.
"I know there are some incredible young talents in China who have much to offer world cinema."
