Canadian beauty Rachel McAdams will join Tim Robbins and Michael Pena in "The Return."
Variety.com reports Neil Burger ("The Illusionist") is set to direct; he also co-wrote the screenplay with Dirk Wittenborn ("Fierce People").
The story follows three American soldiers, who upon return from Iraq, head out on a road trip across the U.S.
Production is set for May, with Lionsgate eyeing a December release.
