By JAM! Movies
It looks as though Harold and Kumar are going from White Castle to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. According to HollywoodReporter.com John Cho and Kal Penn will reprise their roles as the two potheads. The sequel is set to take place directly after the events of the first film. With the object of Harold's affection, Maria (Paula Garces) flying off to Amsterdam, the two duo decide to follow after her. Their plan is detoured when Kumar is mistaken for a terrorist and the plane is diverted. The case of mistaken identity leads them from Gitmo through the Deep South as they are pursued by U.S. Homeland Security. Neil Patrick Harris, Christopher Meloni, Eddie Kaye Thomas and David Krumholtz will also return for the sequel. They are joined by new cast members Rob Corddry ("Blades of Glory"), Ed Helms ("The Office"), Jack Conley ("Fun with Dick and Jane"), Roger Bart ("Hostel: Part II"), Danneel Harris ("One Tree Hill") and Eric Winter ("Days of Our Lives").
