More than two decades after John Kennedy Toole's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel "A Confederacy Of Dunces" was first optioned for the movies, it now appears to be back on course for the silver screen.
Variety reports that Miramax has purchased the rights to "Dunces" from Paramount, and expects to begin shooting the story this fall.
