Charlize Theron wasn't at the Toronto International Film Festival to chat up Head In The Clouds, her followup film to Monster, which nabbed her a best actress Oscar last year.
The statuesque blond was sidelined by a neck injury on the current movie she is filming, Aeon Flux, in Berlin.
