The sequel "Rush Hour 3" will finally begin production this summer with Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan set to return for the franchise making film, Variety reports.
Brett Ratner ("X-Men: The Last Stand") will return to direct the third Rush Hour film after he helped 2001's "Rush Hour 2" gross close to $350 million worldwide.
The third installment will be set in Paris, where Tucker and Chan's characters will battle a wing of the Chinese organized crime family, the Triads.
Tucker hasn't accepted an acting role since "Rush Hour 2", while Chan has worked in several films including the action adventure film "Around the World in 80 Days" and 2002's "The Tuxedo."
