British actress Emily Watson ("Gosford Park") will team up with Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor in the biopic "Miss Potter," Variety reports.

Chris Noonan ("Babe") will direct the film about Beatrix Potter (Zellweger), the author of the children's classic book, "The Tale of Peter Rabbit," and her struggle for independence in Victorian England.

The movie is slated to begin shooting in London on Mar. 7.

Watson most recently starred in the drama "Separate Lies" with Tom Wilkinson.
