HOLLYWOOD -- Bridgette Wilson counts her lucky stars and she's building up quite a little galaxy of them.
Until eight years ago, Wilson was starring in community musicals in her home town of Gold Beach, Ore.
"One day I just packed up my car and headed for Los Angeles. I had no idea what to expect," recalls Wilson, who stars as a TV reporter in The House on Haunted Hill, headed for theatres this Halloween.
Shortly after arriving in L.A., Wilson was cast on the soap Santa Barbara and made her screen debut playing Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter in Last Action Hero.
"Arnold loves making movies. It's like watching a kid in a candy store and what's even better is he wants to share the candy with everyone else on the set.
"I never once saw Arnold in a bad mood."
Wilson starred with Adam Sandler in Billy Madison.
"When I met Adam at the premier for Big Daddy this summer, he reminded me that I was his first leading lady.
"Adam is a goof all the time, but he knows that's what people expect of him. I'm sure he has a serious side, but only his closest buddies would have ever seen it."
