Reese Witherspoon is set to star in the film "Daughter of the Queen of Sheba," according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The movie, based on the Jacki Lyden memoir, tells the story of her growing up with a manic-depressive mother.

No director is attached as yet, and no production date is scheduled.

Witherspoon's new film, "Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde," opens in Canada on July 2.
